Online orders to Australia will be despatched from North Sydney, NSW 2059 via Australia Post and are expected to arrive within 2-7 business days from despatch. Or, 1-3 Business days via Express post.

JACKIE MACK DESIGNS is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes that must be paid by the receiver. We do not cover these charges for you.
During Sale Periods we may experience delays in shipping your order by 1-2 business days.

If you have not received an email with your tracking number and link, please check your spam folder first. Otherwise, please click ‘reply’ to your order confirmation or send us an email with your order number at email@example.com to assist you.

All international orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express Shipping. International orders will be posted the next day during business days only.
Please note that you MUST enter your contact phone number at checkout. All International orders require phone numbers for customs to contact you, if necessary.
International orders that do not include a contact phone number will be placed on hold. We will send you an email requesting for the phone number and once we receive the required contact number the order will be despatched.
