QUICK KEY INFO
- Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days following receipt of the item(s).
- All returns will be either processed for a store credit (valid for 12 months) once received or in the case of a pre-arranged exchange, will be replaced with an item of your choice.
- You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

Australian & New Zealand orders
Orders received before 2:00pm AEDT will be posted on the same day during business days only. Orders received during the weekend and public holidays will be despatched the next business day.

We offer Free Express Delivery within Australia for orders $95 and over.
For orders under $95 a flat rate of $8.95 for Express Shipping will be charged.
