QUICK KEY INFO

  • ▪Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days following receipt of the item(s).
  • ▪All returns will be processed for a store credit (valid for 12 months) once received or in the case of a pre-arranged exchange, will be replaced with an item of your choice.
  • ▪You will need to cover the cost of return postage.

Australian & New Zealand orders

Orders received before 2:00pm AEDT will be posted on the same day during business days only. Orders received during the weekend and public holidays will be despatched the next business day.

We offer Free Standard Delivery within Australia for orders $98 and over.

For orders under $98, a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard Shipping or $12.95 for Express Shipping will be charged.

Almost immediately you’ll receive an order confirmation from us with details about your order.

We aim to despatch orders the same day, otherwise, they are processed the next business day without delay.
